Ignatian Spirituality serves as our animating principle and guide for Georgetown University and the work of Mission & Ministry. Even before he founded the Society of Jesus, Ignatius of Loyola had come to the deep conviction that God desires a personal relationship with all people –who in turn could seek to find God in the ordinary substance of their lives.
